If you purchase a product on pre-order this means that the product is not available at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product description of the product you bought for the estimated arrival date. Please note these dates are an estimate and subject to change.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE* Due to the current situation and COVID-19, please understand that we will endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible. We use Australia Post for all our packages and they are working hard to get your packages safely and as quickly as possible.

All our products are shipped in biodegradable packaging, we are trying to do our part for the environment!

- All orders will be aimed to be processed and shipped within 24-72 hoursPlease allow longer time during public holidays and during a sale period. 

Australian Orders

Australian orders will be delivered through Australia Post eParcel. 

International Orders 

You may select Australia Post International standard post or if you would to receive faster we use DHL Express.

How long does it take?

Depending on where you are located and what postage option you chose will determine how long your delivery takes. 

All orders will be sent from Newcastle, Australia.

How much does it cost?

Both Australian and International Orders delivery is determined by the weight of your order and where you are located. You can calculate your postage costs at checkout.

Local Delivery Option 

Not Your Regular Pet offers free local delivery if you live in the postcode 2280 & 2290, NSW, Australia. Please only choose this option if you live in this area. If an order is placed and you choose this option and you do not live within these postcodes you will receive an email and requested to pay for postage costs to receive your order.

Customs and Duties for international orders

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country are not payable by Not Your Regular Pet. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you do refuse to pay the customs fees that are charged and the order is returned to us, any fees that are applicable for the return of the parcel to us will be deducted from the refund of your order (please note original shipping fees cannot be refunded either).

Terms and Conditions

Please double... triple check your address on your order, as any parcels marked "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect mailing address or missed delivery will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer. 

If your parcel is not delivered by the estimated date Not Your Regular Pet is not responsible for shipping times and cannot refund products due to not receiving your parcel on the estimated dated. 

If for any reason your order is unable to be processed Not Your Regular Pet May Cancel your order. If this should happen you will be contacted.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
