Returns & refunds


We understand that sometimes the item you ordered doesn't fit, doesn't suit or you unfortunately are not happy with your product. Please review our below policies on how to return or refund your order. 

Return policy

Please contact us at info@notyourregularpet.com to organise a return of your purchase and provide your order number. Our returns policy is valid for 21 days from the date your order was delivered as per the shipment tracking - after this time has passed we are unable to accept returns. 

In order to return an item it should be in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached to be eligible for return/exchange. We recommend trying on items in a clean environment.

Please note, return shipping costs are at the buyers expense. If you mark the return 'Return to sender' our Australia Post account will be charged a return fee. This fee will be at the buyers expense. 

If you purchase an item from our sale/clearance section these products are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund policy 

If you receive your product and it is damaged, please contact us at info@notyourregularpet.com within 48 hours noting what defects your product has. If we are not contacted within 48 hours we cannot issue a refund and you will be issued with a store credit.

How do I send my items back?
